About the Coaching Model
Our Approach
Your Experience Is the Starting Point
Every client brings something invaluable to the coaching process: their professional experience, their sense of satisfaction, and their desire to grow. These aren't just starting points. They're the foundation of the entire model.
From there, we explore what readiness for growth really looks like. It's deeply personal, shaped by evolving values and the experiences that have defined a career.
A Model Built Around You
When your values and experiences are brought into focus, they become the raw material for meaningful, customized action. What makes this model distinct is its grounding in science. Research on leadership informs every step of the growth and action-planning process, not as abstract theory, but as a practical lens for real decisions.
Turning Vision Into a Plan
Take strategic vision. At its core, it's a leader's ability to build a pathway for change rooted in shared experiences and values. In coaching, that becomes a live conversation:
How can your professional values shape your individual growth plan?
Why does connecting your vision for the future to your lived experience matter?
And when it comes to change — what's driving your decisions, and how do you manage the risks that come with them?
These aren't just questions. They're the beginning of clarity.

What Happens in a Coaching Session
A coaching session will be a combination of reflective dialogue and planning for your next steps. The format of a session may vary depending upon the needs of each client, but can potentially include guided questioning to help you reflect on your past experiences, discuss your professional experiences, explore your professional identity, and identify specific actions that you plan to take as a result of our coaching conversations.
The coach may provide additional materials (e.g., articles, blogs, etc.) to continue the process of reflection and action after the session.
